The sometimes stressful and quickly changing process was made much more bearable by the professional approach and guiding hand of William Ward Jones .I have dealt with many agents over the years and it is without question that he and his team ensured that nothing was forgotten and what initially looked like mountains and immovable objects in front of us turned out to be minor bumps in the road. He is efficient, always friendly and polite - and business-like; he filled us with confidence. Will understood fully the best features of the house and was quick to identify the key elements that would appeal to the most suitable buyers. Will's knowledge of the market is excellent and throughout the marketing process we were listened to and kept informed as well as receiving weekly updates. His advice was spot on, his skill in negotiation is fab and his ability to keep things moving second to none! GoogleWilliam Ward-Jones deserves the Nobel prize for services to estate agents. He dealt with the sale of our family home with respect, sincerity and patience at all times. Ours was a complex and challenging sale - not one for the faint hearted ! - and Will was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. My sister and I always felt he was with us every step of the way. Most importantly was his communication - always proactive, available to talk to and navigated the complex relationship between buyer and seller with absolute professionalism. We genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough...

GoogleSamantha Holton is a breath of fresh air to the world of estate agency. Nothing was too much trouble and she was the driving force throughout the whole process. I have absolutely no doubt that without her the complicated chain would have fallen through. I haven’t met such a warm, friendly and efficient person for a long time, she is a real credit to Knight Frank. Because of the wonderful way she looked after the sale of both my Mother’s and my property I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Knight Frank to anyone who wants a company that really looks after you. Credit should also go to Norma who handled the viewings at my elderly Mother’s home. She not only made my Mother feel very relaxed and took all the worry out of her hands but also negated the need for me to be around. One of the viewers specifically asked me to pass on their high regard for Norma’s competence. Thank you both, it was really appreciated.

GoogleWe invited 3 Estate Agents to pitch for our House Sale. Samantha and Will did their double act on us and we appointed Knight Frank. Samantha has been our main point of contact and has been an absolute STAR. Funnily enough, the main negotiations actually took place when Samantha was on holiday and Will stepped in admirably. The negotiations were swift and efficient and I believe everyone has been happy since that day. It was definitely a benefit that we had met Will previously. The sale of our beautiful home was always going to be emotional and delicate for us and we requested delicate support from day one. Samantha has provided the absolute perfect blend of support. I had major surgery right in the middle of the process and Samantha ensured that all stress was taken off Michelle and I while I was allowed time to recover. Well done Samantha!!!!! Our house was put on the market in January 2018 and we complete on 31st Oct '18, at not point have we doubted we were with the right team. Well done Knight Frank Well done Will.
