Sam really helped us all through the purchasing process. Very personable and focused on meeting the needs of the chain. I don't think we would have achieved the timings we needed without her tenacious attitude. It is worrying when it goes quiet so a brief email/text just saying 'we are working behind the scenes don't worry' would be appreciated but overall we were very happy and impressed. You were certainly the most competent estate agency of the whole chain!!

Samantha lead the team which oversaw the sale of my property. There were a few frustrating months where the market appeared quiet and I was seriously let down by a prospective purchaser that had signed his contract to purchase then decided to withdraw! Having had a disastrous experience with two previous estate agents who had failed to sell our beautiful home in over a year, Samantha found us a buyer in under a month. However, when this sale fell through the proactive and determined team secured us another buyer within a further three weeks.
