Elaine went over and beyond to help us secure our sale and in addition was very successful in protecting the negotiated and agreed sale price of the property after the survey had been completed. Elaine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and we would definitely go back to the same estate agents and request her as our sales consultant again, when the time comes to sell our next property.

Ann Wood was certainly a special person that came into our life that magically made the house purchasing process so smooth we got our keys with no issues or worries. She constantly kept us updated through the process, was caring and confident and never made me feel like i was asking a silly question. Well what a turnaround

Well what a turnaround. I live in a different area to my Dad and have heard nothing but stress over problems not being rectified with his rental property. I have recently been in touch with Julianne from the office and the communication has been amazing. Things getting sorted, if they can't be sorted - regular updates - and that's all you want so you are not left in the dark. Thank you Julianne - can't recommend you and your company enough now.
