Very happy with the service we received…

Very happy with the service we received from DM for both our sale and purchase. Once we had decided to sell, we knew DM were the agents for us - being closely situated to Shirley and having that detailed local knowledge. Our brief for our new home was specific to say the least, as we had to remain within 3 school boundaries. Not only did DMsell our house without a hitch they helped us to find our future home also. Ann was fantastic with the sale and purchase of our old and new homes, with Debbie diligently chasing the process to ensure it was joined up. The experience was so smooth we were sat waiting for it to go bad - it didn’t. Thank you for your help DM would definitely recommend! PS, to the review below, we already love it here and are very much looking forward to creating new family memories in our new home 🏡. Enjoy your retirement!

I was delighted with the highly professional, but friendly way in which the house sale was carried out. Ann and Debbie were magic!I was kept up to date very regularly and whenever I telephoned DM the phone was answered quickly and my query answered fully. Whenever my Solicitor needed a bit of a nudge to keep things moving, I received a phone call to prompt me to contact them. Fab estate agent! Sold my house before it even hit the market, and kept it very hush hush as the kids didn’t know we were moving, so they went above and beyond to help out allowing me to communicate mainly via text as it was tricky to take calls. Helped all the way from selling, to completion, and were so kind and understanding of a difficult situation, they genuinely care! I even got commas wishing me well, well after the sale had completed. What a lovely bunch of people! Would not hesitate to use again, especially after having some not so great estate agent related experiences in the past. Daniel has been so helpful during our search for our first family home. Excellent communication throughout....

Thanks to Dominic and especially Daniel for seeing us through this journey. All viewings were well managed and followed up on and news - whether good or bad - fed back to us in real time. The completion process was tricky to say the least with problems at the bottom of the chain - Daniel kept us informed at all times and did his best to keep the momentum going... and now we are moved and settled for Christmas. I shopped around estate agencies and had various ones come and look at my house etc, what made me want to go with dm and co? The biggest selling point was how much Olivia seemed to care about me and my house. I just knew that Olivia and her team would make the sale personal which is what I wanted. The fact that dm & co aren't a franchise or a huge corporate entity, makes their customer approach that bit different and much more superior to other estate agencies.Both Gareth and Dan were also wonderful throughout the whole process, keeping in contact with me on a regular basis.I highly recommend dm&co!!

A succesful sale and move within 5 months

My property was put on the market in April and I was able to vacate on 9 September. I felt the property was overvalued when it first went on the market but an adjustment to the asking price resulted in a lot of viewings. I was advised of all viewings and was kept up to date with proceedings. Communication was good and there was always someone to answer my queries/concerns. Although it is generally a stressful time, the way the D M & Co staff handled the project made it less so. Their customer service was excellent and I would recommend D M & Co to any potential seller.

Best estate agent I've ever used.

I've moved home about 12 times and always been disappointed with the estate agents . NOT WITH DM! They're really nice, very professional and have great strategies to help sell your house quickly, at the best price. Mine was on the market for about 2 weeks and I had 3 simultaneous competing offers. Post sale, they went the extra mile to help smooth the path to completion. Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company, all they did was show up and open the door.Didn't push the property, potential buyers were having to ask for information about the house and area. After several accepted offers were withdrawn in under 24 hours, we decided to cancel our instruction to with them.They were very rude and dismissive of our reasons to leave them. We had to ask for the return of our keys, which later one of the keys was just thrown onto the porch floor, compromising the security of the property, another 36 hours before the other key was returned. Disgusting.
