After years of struggling to keep our property, 2020 finally took its toll & so we decided to sell up. The dread & uncertainty of selling our commercial property was one that had worried me for years, little did I know how easy & stress free this would be with using Billingham Cooke. Giles guided us through the sale & took care of all our worries. I really cant thank him enough & Billingham Cooke for all their help. My property sold within a few days which was absolutely amazing, I expected months. Our family and friends have been very impressed that our move to a new location happened so smoothly without any time wasted from start to finish. They deliver exceedingly good customer service -the icing on the cake was when we went to pick up the keys to our property they presented us with a a beautiful new home hamper filled with everything you might need to enhance your moving day . A fantastic 5 Star service from Giles and Jez of the Stourbridge office. I was lucky enough to sell my house and then buy my lovely home through Billingham Cooke.From the start, they were proactive with viewings and provided regular feedback. I was always kept up to date and they responded to my queries very promptly, gave good advice and provided much needed reassurance throughout the whole process.Their optional link to the solicitors, recommended surveyor and removal company which I chose to have, provided excellent services too and saved a lot of time, stress and hassle of having to shop around.The move has been a great success and after much dread and hesitation initially, I am now in a much happier place thanks to their dedication and support. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

All I can say is THANK GOD for Billingham Cooke. My husband and I have just purchased our first home, and I think its safe and fair to say, I would have lost my mind without the continuous contact and updates from Giles Harvey who works for Billingham Cooke, especially as our soliciors were worse than useless at times!We were unaware of the processes as this was our first home, and he was fantastic in keeping us informed and assisting us when contacting the sellers. In addition, when I met Giles he was incredibly chatty, friendly and brought us a FANTASTIC and much appreciated goodie box, which was a lovely touch! I cant recommend them enough, and would ALWAYS bear them in mind for future house sales.

Dudley Branch.Very terrible experience with this agency. No respect to potential tenant. During viewing I was asked to remove shoes, which I find logical since I am not walking around my own house with shoes on and I understand that landlord might not want dirt from outside in his/hers property. However property was just finished and floor was full of post construction dust. Lady from this letting agency was already provided with shoe covers, while my socks were collecting all this dust just to dirty my shoes inside. When I have decided to apply to a property, they have kept me disinformed whether or not I can move in, made qualifying tournament type situation treating this like some kind of free of charge reward to the chosen one lucky to live in such property. Later on nobody bothered to contact me on time that was given to me as time of decision whether I qualified or not. The lady that I was taken "care" of had some sort forced politeness and very negative body language. Next week from appointed time I was contacted by a gentleman who stated that I did not qualify providing no reason. The thing I wonder now is whether this situation with decision and attitude was because I am foreign. I would like to also point that I did not even qualify to referencing stage so I can't even tell what was wrong with me. Was it my name? Last name? Date of Birth? Nationality? It felt like I was too primitive foreigner to live in their "modern residence", and kept me as reserve in case nobody worthy would appear.

Having bought and sold a few properties over the years, I'm a little sceptical of estate agents and the promises they offer. In this case, Billingham Cooke have bucked the trend and have delivered on their promises and beyond. The person responsible for the day-to-day sale of the property was excellent - polite, informed, proactive, accessible and had the level of comms just right. I would most definitely recommend this firm! Well done Billingham Cooke!
