Have just recently rented a property through this company. Natalie was dealing with our application, made it very simple and stress free from applying for the property to picking up the keys! Despite the lockdown restrictions Billinghams and Jez were excellent throughout taking care to keep me and the buyer informed at all stages. The all in fee was very competitive and absolutely no hidden extras. Viewings were conducted by Jez taking the stress out of selling my mothers house so soon after her death. I did not have to chase them about anything. The board was put up quickly and taken down the morning of completion. I am delighted with the 5 star service and would highly recommend this company.

Had some dealings with the Dudley branch of the company fairly recently when trying to buy a property. They didn't phone back when they said they would. Messages were left but no call back. When phoning to make enquiries no communication within the office. I certainly wouldn't sell my house with them.

Recently sold my late relative's home. Communication from Billingham team was consistent, straightforward and helpful. All the team knew details of the property. I was offered choices about issues such as house clearance and gas/boiler servicing. I was kept in the loop and up to date regarding client visits, client feedback and any issues. A really good job by all of the team.

Sold our house through Billingham & Cooke and couldn’t fault them at all. Had several viewings within a week and sold for above the asking price. Giles was brilliant. Very friendly and his communication throughout the process was great. He made sure our sale and purchase didn't fall through when our buyer’s solicitors were being very difficult. Would highly recommend Billingham & Cooke to anyone selling or purchasing a property. It has been a pleasure dealing with Giles, Matt and the rest of the team. Brilliant service all round!

Matt and his team provide an excellent service. From the moment the house went up for sale until completion Matt and Giles dealt with everything. The Appointments, viewings and with the advice they gave regarding the price and offers made and kept me informed through out the process.I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. This is not the first experience of working with agencies . Natalie from Building &Co is a very nice responsive agent. She solved all the issues quickly. She answered the case clearly . I am very pleased with the work of the agency . I had a problem with understanding because of my poor knowledge of the language. But Natalie very politely explained the same thing several times .
