Billingham’s were happy to help with chasing vendors, giving us access to take measurements, loading and feeding back from our solicitor. We are very happy with the standard of care we received. GoogleI recently sold my house through the Stourbridge branch and was delighted with the service received. They accompanied all the viewings at no extra cost and negotiated a great price for me. I was most impressed with the way that the team communicated with the solicitors and other parties in making sure my house completed within 6 weeks! Great service and great people!

The main agent we dealt with was good, however not overjoyed with some of the others. They are dealing with people's lives, they should remember how stressful it is for people buying houses, dealing with surveyor's reports, stroppy buyers etc. and tailor their manner accordingly. Sniggering about potentially devastating information is not a good look.

Very professional from valuation to completion. Extremely proactive in progressing the sale and kept us informed at all times. The valuation of the property and the confidence expressed by them that it would sell quickly was spot on. I wouldn't even consider using a different agent.Billingham and Cooke are pro active, helpful, professional with excellent communication at all stages.
