TrustpilotMain agent was good BUT
The main agent we dealt with was good, however not overjoyed with some of the others. They are dealing with people's lives, they should remember how stressful it is for people buying houses, dealing with surveyor's reports, stroppy buyers etc. and tailor their manner accordingly. Sniggering about potentially devastating information is not a good look.

TrustpilotHouse Sale in Stourbridge
Very professional from valuation to completion. Extremely proactive in progressing the sale and kept us informed at all times. The valuation of the property and the confidence expressed by them that it would sell quickly was spot on. I would not hesitate to use Billingham and Cooke again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
