Billingham & co have managed the rental of my property for last 9 years, and during this time have handled all of the many complications, tenants and financing around letting. I trust their guidance and have always been very professional with me and the tenants under lease. Should I ever need a management company for future tenancy management, I will be happy to employ them again.

GoogleWe arranged a viewing of a rental property. Little did we know that it was a block viewing. It was a total charade, very uncomfortable bumping into other viewers. Felt like a total waste of time for all the people attending the viewing, and went to the 'highest bidder'. I wouldn't recommend them, and certainly wont be viewing any of their properties again.

Me and my husband have just brought our first home, obviously we didn't have much knowledge going into it and found it abit overwhelming, when we were introduced to Billingham and Co I can honestly say they made us feel at ease, when we viewed the property 'Natalie fellows' was amazing and she explained everything to us and she even referred us to the financial advisor we used who was also very helpful to us 'curtis' I am very grateful how quick it all went through and we were always contacted regularly to check everything was going OK and we got the keys yesterday and we are so happy and would definitely recommend Billingham and Co!. Thank you 'Natalie fellows' for all your help.

After the year of 2020, I think we can all agree that any thing we did was going to be difficult, especially selling a house. This is where Billingham & Co excelled themselves. Their approach to safe guarding myself during the process of selling my house has been spot on. As for the service they have provided, this has been 100%. I had the pleasure of dealing with Senior Sales Consultant Kelly Davis, who has kept me informed, and up to date with the whole house selling process from start to finish. Whenever there were any queries, she was alway at the end of the phone to help answer them ( unlike my solicitor...). I would highly recommend Billingham & Co’s service to anyone selling their house.

Billingham & Co have looked after my property for the last five years after I received poor service from my previous agent. The comparison inn service has been marked.When I decided to sell the property, living some distance away they made the process simple and gave me confidence that a good sale would be achieved.If you take lockdown out of the process a quick sale was achieved for a price above what I thought I would realistically achiever. Since the sale was agreed the ongoing communication has been welcome and completion was achieved in good time,Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleMoved in with no shower. unable to use fridge or washing machine as faulty ones were hard wired in the wall. Spent £2000 recarpetting the house - told deposit to be released but took £75 for 'exit fee' as well as nearly £700 on relisting. Terrible - save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Dear Richard Lardner & Lock Key, Further to your review we feel viewing the public should be made aware that YOU engaged our services to seek new tenants in order that YOU could prematurely break YOUR obligations towards the landlord. ALL FEES WERE AGREED IN ADVANCE, the property was LET PROMPTLY and YOU SAVED IN EXCESS OF £2000 in rental payments, council tax and utilities. YOU took it upon yourselves to re-carpet the property at YOUR own expense. YOU chose to leave the fireplace at the property. A checkout fee is common place within the letting industry. Our fees are advertised with every property listing and displayed in our offices. YOU SIGNED AND AGREED ALL FEES PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR TENANCY. The reason for the 3 day void period was to carry out final inspection, landlord inspection and new inventory. You were aware of this. Maintenance issues arising at the start of / during the tenancy were reported and dealt with promptly. It is not valid to complain about Billingham Cooke for the decisions taken by yourselves, at your own expense.
