Hamish was very friendly and informative.However, on entry to the property we did wonder if we had the correct property.The details stated 'a beautifully presented property' but was quite clear there was still a lot of work to be done.The brochure showed pictures of all rooms being completed which were not and both this and blurb were we thought misleadingIf we has known this we would not have viewed the property.

The estate agent we met was called Mark Brazier and he still had someone looking, he politely told us what was happening and asked if we could wait until he had finished and gave us a brochure to look at. Upon entering he gave us as much information as he could and anything he couldn't tell us, he gave us people to contact to be able to gain that information, he was courteous and friendly but not pushy which was great. He advised us of next steps.

Jessica Poulton did great, she's a very nice, reassuring and knowledgeable person. She's also very professional and meticulous in everything she's doing. She explained us all we needed to know and do very clearly. We had issues in the past with landlords and agents not coming back to us for a very long time, but Jess is replying to our emails very quick, so we're really happy about it and feel safe that if anything happens, we won't be ignored and finding the solution won't be postponed as before. She really did an amazing job with helping us through the process of renting and sorting everything out very quickly and hassle-free. Absolutely amazing agent, I can't recommend her enough, really!
