I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

We have now secured our rental property through Henry Adams and I can honestly say a professional but friendly service from the first viewing to collecting the keys to our new home. We delt with Charlie Salter through the process and he was understanding, informative and very pleasant from start to finish. I dont often write reviews but thought Henry Adams and the great staff deserved a good review as we are absolutly delighted with our new home.

Holy moly. I will never be renting through Henry Adams again. First, they didn't tell the landlady I was hoping to rent from that I had a dog when I explicitly said I had one and the landlady had told them she definitely didn't want pets. We got around that when we communicated ourselves WITHOUT the help of Henry Adams. Then they messed around with our contracts, lost contacts, terrible communication and messed us around some more just so we could pick up our keys! So much innec stress and time wasted. I'm glad I won't have to deal with them now for a long time, until I stop renting from my current place

This was my first time dealing with Henry Adams, and they did not disappoint. Alex showed me around the property and was friendly, informative, and I felt like the only viewer despite the fact he'd shown so many around the place that morning. They kept me informed all through the process and I'm now settled in a place that I couldn't be happier in. If there are ever any issues, they respond quickly by email, or it's never hard to get through to them for a chat. I can't recommend them enough!

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D

Henry Adams, and in particular Lesley-Anne, were extremely helpful in finding us a rental for my elderly parents. Communication was good and once a property had been decided on the whole process was very smooth and efficient.
