GoogleWe have had such a wonderful experience letting through Henry Adam’s. Alex and James have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, any queries or issues we had they are always so positive and happy to help us with (no matter how big or small). I’ve always personally hated being just another number on an estate agents list, but we’ve never felt like that with Henry Adam’s. We’ve been through Mandy estate agents trying to find our home and had some real rude treatment, so we’re incredibly grateful to have found Henry Adam’s. There’s always a smiling face to greet you when popping in which is also so lovely. Customer service is outstanding, response to anything we have ever needed has always been responded to so quickly. Thank you to every one at Henry Adam’s!

Always gave feedback from the viewings without our need to chase them up. Every step of the way (as sellers), we were informed of what was happening. I also appreciate that we were selling in a difficult market and Henry Adams worked very hard to secure a sale on our behalf.

This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever encountered in my life, they're a nightmare. their activities and tendency to collude with landlords to rip you off your holding deposit runs against the acts of the UK paliaments, I can give you several tenants identities they have ripped off, a searchlight needs to be conducted into their activities if the labour government which we voted for will survive in their plans for housing in that axis.

He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

GoogleHoly moly. I will never be renting through Henry Adams again. First, they didn't tell the landlady I was hoping to rent from that I had a dog when I explicitly said I had one and the landlady had told them she definitely didn't want pets. We got around that when we communicated ourselves WITHOUT the help of Henry Adams. Then they messed around with our contracts, lost contacts, terrible communication and messed us around some more just so we could pick up our keys! So much innec stress and time wasted. I'm glad I won't have to deal with them now for a long time, until I stop renting from my current place

GoogleThis was my first time dealing with Henry Adams, and they did not disappoint. Alex showed me around the property and was friendly, informative, and I felt like the only viewer despite the fact he'd shown so many around the place that morning. They kept me informed all through the process and I'm now settled in a place that I couldn't be happier in. If there are ever any issues, they respond quickly by email, or it's never hard to get through to them for a chat. I can't recommend them enough!

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D
