Above and Beyond - Look No Further!

Now that you have searched for a local Estate Agent to Stone in Staffordshire, please do not look any further. Having delt with many Estate Agents in the past, we have finally found a service that means that we will no longer look elsewhere for the services that they offer. The team at Austin and Roe take much of the weight off of your shoulders when making a purchase/sale with their knowledge and experience. Thank you all at Austin and Roe for allowing 'silly questions' to be asked and providing a clear and confident answer - and for being an Estate Agent that actually calls you back when they say they will!

We cannot recommend enough! *****

Extremely happy with how efficiently and professionally our move was dealt with. The staff at Austin & Roe were all friendly and were very helpful at such a stressful time. We had a few minor issues within the property but these were rectified within days and the agent kept us in the loop at every step of the way. Austin & Roe are by far the best agent I have had to date! I cannot recommend enough from a tenants prospective. Fabulous to have full confidence in a company after such a dreadful experience with other agents. We can’t thank you enough for helping us on our journey to find and the most lovely home for our family along side great rates and full support when we needed it. Amazing

Awful, miserable and unprofessional. Will stand well clear, there is a reason Estate agents appear on the, 'Most incompetent staffing lists globally."

We used Austin & Roe to buy our house and all the staff are extremely helpful. Great communication throughout the sale - only took 10 weeks from start to finish. It is great that they are open on a Sunday too.

Brilliant service all the way through what turned out to be a very long and tortuous 6 months thanks to the lender. Communication was excellent and Michelle L was especially wonderful for her service and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this estate agent.
