GoogleExcellent from start to finish. I used OneAgency as they were recommended to me. I initially met Dean to value the property who was very informative and went through all options for selling / renting the property. Fiona then dealt with the sale. I was messaged about every viewing and all emails were answered promptly. The sale went through smoothly and I was updated throughout. I would definitely recommend OneAgency and would use them again, thankyou so much for all your help 🥰 5**** service throughout

GoogleWhat can I say an absolute pleasure dealing with OneAgency Estate Agents especially Aimee Hughes. They go out of their way to lead us through the process, ideal that when I ring I know it’s just Aimee I’m dealing with who knows our history without having to recap. Would highly recommend, a real one on one service, quick and easy.

GoogleFor the most part One Agency did their job well. The manager, was very pleasant to deal with and communicated well. However, when I discovered that the loft had been left full of junk, I contacted One Agency who got intouch with the vendor. The vendor claimed it was from " a previous tenant" and that I "could dispose of it" yet the vendor/their customer had signed paperwork to confirm that the property was clear of rubbish including the loft, garden and any outbuildings. The amount of items in the loft was full, not just a few things. I visited One Agency in person, unfortunately the manager was not there so I spoke to another cheerful (not!) employee. I informed him of the loft situation. He said that he would get intouch with the vendor and then contact me to let me know further. He never did call me back. Completely pointless exercise. Now, overall One Agency weren't bad throughout the process and I would have given them a better star rating but it's just a shame that they let themselves down in the end. Also, if you can't get to speak to the manager then you may as well not bother.

When you visited the offices we called the seller straight away to see if he was willing to help, and we did leave you a voicemail asking to call us back. Unfortunately we were unable to get agreement from the seller. If the paperwork you received from the sellers solicitor stated any incorrect information, this is something to discuss with your solicitor. As mentioned, we do understand your frustration but in this instance we don’t see what else we could have done. We wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleReally easy and fluent in my first time house purchase. Really welcoming and friendly group of people, who were always very good replying to my emails quickly and thoroughly. When it came to the point of recieving my keys, they were very pleased for me and explained what was what and handed me a gift box. This gift contained some very much needed items, and some lovely add ons. Genuinely can't complain, there wasn't one point where I thought 'no thankyou' or 'id rather not', the complete opposite.

TrustpilotAppalling, non-existent customer service
Horrendous, practically non-existent customer support. Got locked out of my account and am being sent round in circles, with them sending copy paste responses, sending me to links that don't work, and not actually reading or helping me with my issue. Also, did you know you have to log in to LinkedIn in order to contact support about how you cannot log in to LinkedIn? You cannot make this up, it's laughable. This is costing me professional opportunities and it's awful that such a large company can have the power to do this and not care about the impact it's having on people's careers. I am clearly not the only person who has been negatively affected by their shoddy customer service, I see lots of others online who have been treated the same. I have made complaints to the ICO and my next step will be to file court cases due to GDPR breaches.

GoogleReally pleased with the service from One Agency. Fantastic and cant fault them in any way. Have been kept up to date every step of the way re viewings and even if it's just been over something minor like paperwork sent/received and ive been informed quickly. They inform you as soon as they have information and some occasions, I've been informed of things by them before the solicitor. Would definatley use again but this is why I chose them in the first place due to other good reviews. And the fixed sale fee is a bonus. Brilliant team, professional and knowledgeable.
