GoogleWish I could give it 0 stars, the properties look lovely when viewing but failed to mention that when moving in I will encounter no end of problems such as flooding in the kitchen from loose pipes, damp in all the walls, mould, no heating, broken boiler that also leaks and have to manually open the valve every time we require hot water, broken locks, broken glass and dirt throughout the property (despite the professional cleaning service which we were told would happen prior to moving in) plus no working lamps all just for decoration for some reason. It’s currently October and we’ve had no heating since moving in (July) despite reporting it multiple times over the past few weeks now the colder nights are setting in. No one at the office seems to know who’s responsible for picking up these reports or where they end up therefore nothing gets done unless you keep going down to the office to voice your concerns. My previous 2 years I was with a different company and I had no issues like this , this year because the houses looked so nice online I thought I’d venture out and give Humphrey’s a try, will not be recommending to any students and will not be rebooking next year, not worth the amount of stress.

GoogleI've used Nicholas Humphreys letting services for the past 4 years and I would highly recommend there services. I've never had a void with any of the rentals and they've always been on hand should I require any trades recommended. I would encourage any landlords, particularly with Student lets to use NH as the team are fantastic and very responsive.

As a student I was apprehensive about going through an agent however, the promptness of everyone in the team in responding to emails, calls and any queries regarding our shared house was exceptional. I would highly reccomend if you are you are a student looking for a trustworthy estate agent with a hard working and reliable team.

GoogleVery disorganised firm. Often have to resend emails two or three times to get a response. As well as this they often hide many things behind their contracts and never provide clarity. They were very good at the start of the process but seems as soon as they had taken my money they started to mess me around and be very unreliable.
