It would have been easier to build the house from scratch than buy this one. Everything that could go wrong did! Throughout it all Diane ensured that everyone was kept up to date with what was happening and followed up on every email i sent straight away. I have bought and sold several houses through Butter John Bee over the years and their great service keeps me coming back every time.

Butters John Bee have been exploiting the COVID situation to deceive a charity into letting a property not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs, they are unscrupulous and will take your money without a second thought.
Dear Wam, Thank you for your feedback, which we believe to be in response to a recent social media post. For clarity, we would like to highlight that this is connected to the letting of a commercial retail premises, rather than a domestic dwelling; our Newcastle under Lyme branch are in no way connected to this transaction. We regret that the tenant doesn’t feel the property is fit for purpose. We are working with the tenant and the landlord to come to a solution but as the contract is signed the decision rests with the landlord. Unfortunately, due to Government imposed restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person viewing and sent the tenant a short video of the property which was recorded prior to lockdown. The tenant ultimately made the decision to sign the lease, having had the time and opportunity to have this reviewed, and paid the rent for the first year in its entirety in advance; this was not a requisite of the letting but rather a decision made by the tenant. It's an unfortunate situation and we’ll continue to work with both sides in an attempt to come to a satisfactory outcome.bjb Commercial team.

Please do not use this agent I’m a landlord and neither me or my tenants can get any answer from there head office they do not respond to emails or return calls the worst agent I have ever used I’m on a fully managed contract and they do not manage anything my tenant had to drive to my business address to report a problem stay clear

Have used BJB to let my second property after bad experiences with my other letting agent. Had nothiing but help and advice from Jenna at BJB Winsford even before I agreed to use them on my second property. When my first property becoomes vacant I'll be using Jenna to manage that one too. I would recommend anyone with a property to let to use Jenna and BJB.
