We decided to go up with Butters John Bee after very careful consideration and from the get go was brilliant! Claire was brilliant offering me a stress free and excellent valuation going through what they do as a company and answering any question that I have. She was brilliant and again anytime I had questions all I had to do was pick up the phone. Taylor came along also and she is fabulous went through the video they would do and arranging for everything to be sorted (she even enjoyed having her hair done by my 3 year old 😂) Cerys also such a lovely lady! Went through the pictures they were going to take how they will make them look the best they can be and my god have they delivered! The pictures look absolutely amazing! Such a brilliant team at Butters John Bee Longton!

Stay well clear of this agent, whether buying or selling, unless you want truly dreadful customer service and a total lack of communication. Between Margaret and Tyler and the vendor's solicitor, they failed to communicate with us that the vendor had withdrawn a property from sale that we had an offer accepted on. They had this information for over a week, during which time we initiated searches on the property and agreed to break our side of the chain to expedite our sale. Only after this had been completed did Butters think it was appropriate to communicate this development with us. They accept that they had this information and yet we've not had so much as apology from them, despite the fact that their complete ineptitude has cost us a significant amount of money. During the entire buying process, they would deliberately ignore our phone calls (they would ignore our calls but then immediately answer when dialling with a different or withheld number); leave voicemails asking us to call back, and then have no recollection of the reason as to why when we finally did get through to the branch; and would consistently delay sharing information with us, only to reveal it to us later as if we should have already known. In fact, the whole sequence of events from the day we had our offer accepted suggests they are either liars, wholly incompetent, or both. Butters Longton, Margaret and Tyler (particularly Tyler) take the biscuit as the worst, sorry excuse for Estate agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and it's already a pretty low bar. I implore anyone considering selling or buying with this agent to run a mile.
