When it comes to honoring commitments and customer service, Allen and Harris is the worst company to deal with. I've paid for my lease agreement but for the past 4days, it hasn't been treated. I've called more than 20times but no one is picking up. Seems they close by 12noon everyday now. Terrible Terrible bunch. Wouldn't recommend them.

GoogleWe are selling and buying through Allen & Harris Stoke Gifford. We viewed a house we loved but hadn’t got ours on the market so time was of the essence, A&H sold ours within 3 weeks to ensure we secured the property we wanted (despite other bids being made). Without them I am certain things wouldn’t be on track for us! Thanks to all the team, especially the manager Kate.

They are scammers. We paid a holding fee for a property to move on the 12th. They told us no on the 10th and kept our money £279. It is clearly a tactic they use since agency fees are gone. You let people pay a holding fee then tell them no and keep their money.Please don’t go for them. Scammers

I booked a viewing of a property at Auchinleck, East Ayrshire at 2pm on Wednesday 9th February. Estate agent appeared five minutes late with the wrong keys; access to the property was not possible. The person blamed a colleague for giving her the wrong keys. Performance of Allen and Harris deemed unprofessional. One star rating not deserved.

GoogleWe placed an offer of almost £300,000 on a property which was confirmed in writing, for all communication to then stop. We then had to chase the branch manager (KM) on a daily basis for her to never call us back. This is highly disrespectful and I’m truly grateful that the house we have now bought has been via a far more reputable agent who respect prospective buyers.

GoogleArron Britton has gone above and beyond in helping me with my first home and has been invaluable from looking for properties, arranging my mortgage and speaking with solicitors and all other parties. I can not recommend him highly enough - Thank you for everything. Anyone looking as a first time buyer or buying a new home should give him a shout!

I made a offer and it was accepted by the Agency in Southmead but after few days they say they Received another offer and my offer is invalid and they known the Rules and according to them the Buyer (myself)is not a Costumer for them Very very bad Costumer service Stay away from this Company for buying or for selling

Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

The branch in Stoke Gifford: I wait 2 weeks for a house viewing and after 2 weeks they cancel my viewing for Friday and for Saturday as well, not giving me the chance of viewing the property or put an offer. Very bad, terrible way of dealing with properties and costumers! Not good!

Is the worst experience ever , bad communication, manipulation, on the advertising was a no chain , after signing the contract and paying servy, lower ecc, I been told chain on hold , called 100 times no answer back , not at all serious, deserve minus star , avoid if you can ,con agency

GoogleAlthough held up with the solicitors Allen & Harris have been extremely proactive and positive. Kate, Martha, Jessica and the whole team have been dogidly chasing . They always pass on messages and call back .I live over 150 miles from Bristol but have no complaints with the way Allen & Harris are handling my sale. Highly recommended .

GoogleIt takes a lot for me to post a negative review but in this instance it's impossible not to! We submitted an offer on a property more than 2 weeks ago. Since then we left 3 messages for Rosie (the Lettings Manager) and sent her at least 2 emails but not response... shockingly uncaring attitude!
