Recently sold my property through this company and have previously bought a property with them. I would recommend them to anyone buying/selling. Very professional and timely in everything they do. Their staff keep you up to date and discuss all details clearly. They are very helpful and will help to push solicitors on if things seem to be dragging. Costs are reasonable also in comparison to others. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI recently purchased a property being marketed by Gowland White and found everyone I dealt with to be helpful, friendly and professional. My big shout out though goes to Barbara, who went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as quickly and easily as possible. Literally nothing went to plan but Barabara took it all in her stride and dealt with any issues that arose and kept both parties informed along the way. Thanks to them all I now live in my forever home, but if you’re thinking of moving home I cannot recommend them enough!

After the initial viewing, I was particularly impressed with the results obtained following questions, such as "Had the boiler been inspected" and the follow up from the survey. At no time was I left unescorted. 2. Follow up following my offer. To have a member of staff designated to look after my interest was really good. It turned out that completion could not have been achieved without her intervention. 3. General. My welcome in the office was excellent and "Do feel free to come in anytime" was genuine and I feel that without the help I got, I would not have been able to get my dream bungalow.

GoogleWhen we were selling our house, Gowland White were the 3rd estate agent we tried, after 6 months of being on the market. With Gowland White we sold within a matter of weeks. Their customer service was always fantastic: Emma in particular was brilliant! Everyone was always professional, courteous and friendly.We’re now looking at buying again and we’re seeing things from the other side of the fence and they are equally as good as when we were selling. The text confirmations and reminders for appointments are particularly useful and the agents are excellent for helping with the house-hunting!

The team were very helpful in organising viewings and coming back with the feedback. I am pleased with the sale process with Gowland and White. I did get touted by many companies asking me to sell through them but I have heard of dubious contract once you sign with them. I stuck with local agents who branches in the area rather then a letter through the post.

GoogleUsed to be good but have slowly gotten worse. Communication in particular can be extremely poor. Staff seem unaware of who has done what, so you end up chasing them when it should be them being proactive and getting in touch with you.
