I recently purchased a property being marketed by Gowland White and found everyone I dealt with to be helpful, friendly and professional. My big shout out though goes to Barbara, who went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as quickly and easily as possible. Literally nothing went to plan but Barabara took it all in her stride and dealt with any issues that arose and kept both parties informed along the way. Thanks to them all I now live in my forever home, but if you’re thinking of moving home I cannot recommend them enough!

When we were selling our house, Gowland White were the 3rd estate agent we tried, after 6 months of being on the market. With Gowland White we sold within a matter of weeks. Their customer service was always fantastic: Emma in particular was brilliant! Everyone was always professional, courteous and friendly.We’re now looking at buying again and we’re seeing things from the other side of the fence and they are equally as good as when we were selling. The text confirmations and reminders for appointments are particularly useful and the agents are excellent for helping with the house-hunting!

The team were very helpful in organising viewings and coming back with the feedback. I am pleased with the sale process with Gowland and White. I did get touted by many companies asking me to sell through them but I have heard of dubious contract once you sign with them. I stuck with local agents who branches in the area rather then a letter through the post.
