GoogleDonβt trust Joules to market properties for sale accurately. Do what I should have done and pay Β£3 for the land registry certificates online prior to making an offer. I foolishly believed if Joules market a property with over 900 years leasehold, and mention it during viewing then surely it must be the case? Only halfway through completion it came to light that the leasehold is in fact 113 years. All I got was a lousy apology and excuses how, they go by what the seller tells them. So clearly, no cross checking is done. I liked the property enough, to keep with the sale despite the loss of 800 years in leasehold. Due to all this, additional surveys were done and the attitude came across as if it were an inconvenience that, I may want to have thorough surveys for a property I already was misinformed about. Glad to be done with it all.

GoogleJoules weren't actually representing me as I was the buyer, but Michael, the agent who sold me the flat was the only person in the entire process I dealt with who consistently seemed to be "on the case". I was very impressed with their professionalism, patience and ability to find answers and solutions. If I am ever in the position of seller or letter, they'd definitely be the first company I'd call.
