GoogleCouldn't have asked for better service. Michael was very professional. He went above and beyond, chasing solicitors and keeping me updated at every step. I gave him what I considered a challenge with the very fast pace I wanted to move but he took on board everything I asked of him and exceeded every expectation. I expected this to be a very stressful process but Michael made it all very easy. Michael, you are a credit to the Joules team. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

GoogleJane has been exceptional throughout a tricky purchase. Nothing to do with the seller or Joules estate agency. It took a total of 8 months for what should have been a simple sale and Jane remained positive, professional and extremely encouraging throughout. Always communicating with emails and keeping me up to date with how the process was going. At no point did I ever feel like I wasn’t being supported in what was a stressful/lengthy sale. I feel Jane went above and beyond and made the process that little bit sweeter. Small team but a team that care and can give you time and dedication. Micheal also stepped in when Jane was not available so great continuity throughout. I’ve dealt with a lot of agencies before and they are as genuine and as honest as they get. It was the best feeling to receive the keys from Jane on the day. We hugged it out.

Michael and Jane then made buying my first house as stress free as possible by keeping me up to date and explaining the process to me so patiently. They worked endlessly ensuring that there were no hold ups. I would use them again if the time ever comes to sell and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

A hugethanks and acknowledgement especially to Michael for all of his hardwork and professionalism. Everybody says moving home can be one of the most stressful things you can do but Michael made it effortless, he was quick to respond to any queries and just all round, fantastic. GoogleThis is the best estate agent I have dealt with and I wasn’t even their customer. I bought a house they were managing and I was in my last trimester of my pregnancy when I found the house so I had limited time to get everything sorted. Unfortunately my agency who was dealing with my sale bridgefords was terrible and the service I received was very very poor however, Jane the manager at joules helped me so much. From comforting me, to helping me chase everything she was an absolute star and I couldn’t thank you enough. Excellent manager, excellent agent and I will be working with you exclusively moving forward I will not deal with any other agency. Highly recommended even by my seller these guys are professional and just absolutely great couldn’t praise them enough. Thank you Jane and the team. Maria
