I recently rented my property through Bridgfords with assistance of Hollie. Unlike the other agencies I had contacted, Hollie provided me with the service I needed, she was on the ball at all time, keeping me updated with every step of the procedure. I've used this branch in order to find me tenants in the past and I was very happy with them, so when my tenant moved out, I've used them again to find ne tenants again. I would like to give a special mention to Hollie, who has been extremely helpful and professional, yet friendly all the way through this process. Also, Joel has been very helpful. I recently let my property using Bridgfords, Stockport. Christopher Simpson was excellent throughout the process. He was proactive and went above and beyond to ensure the property was ready for the new tenant. Other staff at the branch I have made contact with have been courteous, knowledgeable and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this estate agency to others. To update Jan 2021 - I let the property again using Bridgfords and Hollie provided a super service, even in the middle of a pandemic! Thanks.

Luke and Sophie were great to work with to sell my first home, they were thorough and always available for any questions we may have. The house went on the market and we had an offer in less than a day which we accepted. The sale was much slower than expected due to COVID and delays with Help to Buy but Sophie kept everyone up to date throughout the process - I couldn't have asked for more. I'd fully recommend Bridgfords Stockport!

Bridgfords Stockport, dealt with Katherine Hancock who was unbelievably unhelpful. First of all told me i couldnt cancel as i was in a 12 month contract which was untrue it was a 6 month contract.Said i had to give 2 months notice as i could only give a month from my billing date, which was wrong again.Kept advising i needed to speak to my landlord for issues they could deal with.Finally i left my flat in better condition than when i entered. Landlord wont return deposit, when asking Bridgford to help they've advises its nothing to do with them.

Unfortunately, i read these reviews quite late and I am in agreement with all the negative opinions about Bridgfords Withington. We tried to buy a flat, but when we told them that we have our own mortgage advisor, the communication stopped. When we tried to get updates, they would try to discourage us to continue. They went on making an offer for our maximum budget, despite only having 1 additional buyer who offered 25k less than us. Dishonesty/ lack of transparency and totally unprofessionalism, especially Richard/ Hammad. I am happy I did not use their services, and I now select properties which are not in their portfolio. Quite sure the seller has received a lower offer as well, which is a shame as the flat was superb. Avoid!

Fabulous team, Hollie and Chris were fantastic. 2weeks from viewing the apartment I was moving in. They kept me updated all the way and Hollie was very kind with sending me all details to find the best energy supplier and links to register with water and Council tax as I was moving out from my parents so everything was new to me and had little idea of what has to be done before moving day. She also helped me with insurance. Highly recommend this team!

Recently used Bridgfords as an estate agent. Our agent Ryan was fantastic. He arrived with a full pack showcasing similar homes sold and how ours could look with them as well as estimations on what it would sell for and properties sold for in similar situations to ours, clearly had done his homework. Having taken them up based upon Ryan's performance I am glad we did. The service we had from them was excellent both at the start, during and post sale. The photos of our house looked great and we managed to achieve a sale over the asking price. I would also mention Sophie at the branch who helped deal with our solicitors and additional queries, she was polite, friendly and best of all very efficient. Would definitely recommend.
