GoogleWe have rented a property through Abode since July last year and they have been amazing, Collette always responds really quickly if we need help and on the couple of occasions we have needed repairs doing they have been arranged and completed quickly. Would 100% recommend them

GoogleNo answer, yet they did promise me to call back. Can't contact them, because ignoring me. Went to a viewing, but didn't like something, so just waisted my time. Rubbish agency. Do not recommend to anyone.

We never ignore anyone who makes contact with us, if our lines are busy then we have a voicemail facility which is checked multiple times a day. GoogleWhat can you say about someone that cannot be faulted. Jo is really good, she lets you know if she's running late, let's you look around the property by yourselfs. Cannot fault her what's so ever.

TrustpilotThis company are a disgrace
This company are a disgrace. Their Bristol branch kept some of my deposit for issues that had been documented on check-in. I took on a house that was an absolute dump, old and dirty and returned it 4 years later in fantastic shape, which cost me thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours work. They ignored all that and went on a forensic examination of other stuff, finding the odd hair, or bit of fluff, the bigger issues were documented on check-in but they couldn't be bothered to check. It's not about the money it's the principal that counts. My only option was the ADR process which I couldn't be bothered to do.
