GoogleHonestly the experience was great. I initially was going for a room which later wasn't available but still Saskia called me and offered to book me in for a viewing of another room which I found very great and caring. The service was great and i am happy to have chosen the Abode Properly Management for they have a great customer service experience.

GoogleVery bad experience from the staffs. I got the viewing for a property today morning 9:45 and I called and confirmed it. But last minute they called me and told that the key is not there and they need to postpone the viewing for next week. Very disgusting service, they have to inform these things before one day not the last minute.
Hello Sahira, we spoke yesterday and I hope you will call me back as discussed when you were not so busy. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused. Georgia is relatively new to our team and was not to know at the point of confiming the appointment with you that the keys were with a contractor. She called you back within fifteen minutes to advise you it was no longer possible to conduct the viewing that day. I would really like you to consider adjusting the review rating you have left us and it would be good to speak to you again, so I shall try and call you again on Monday. Best Wishes, Charlotte

GoogleCollette has helped me with the entire process to move into our new home. Been living at the property 5 years now ! Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive as well in case of an issue. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, I'd live here forever if my kids were not growing that fast and property becoming bit small now :)

FacebookThe most disgusting agency ever. I had a viewing today at 11:45 in Manchester, confirmed by email. It stated someone will call me today so I can confirm I’ll be there. Since no one did that, I called the agency to make sure the viewing is still available. The agency girl told me ‘we have a lot of enquiries for that property so we marked it as rented on our website, but your viewing is still available today at 11:45’. I went there, no one at the property. Sent emails, called the agency so many times - no one pick it up. I am so disappointed, wasted my time and money. I DON’T RECOMMEND, AVOID!!!

I spoke with my colleague at the time and she advised she was at the property at the time of the appointment, through to 12 noon when her last appointment took place. It really is not our intention to cause any prospective tenants any wasted time, so I am really sorry that you have had this experience. We wish you all the best in your search for a property

GoogleAs a tenant, it's rare to find a lettings agency that looks after you as well as your landlord. With Abode, I never had to worry. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and the staff have been a pleasure to deal with from the moment I collected the keys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other tenants.

GoogleIt was really nice room, very spacious and equipped with a bed, a side table and a closet and a drawer. The agent was really nice as well, always replied to your emails when there’s something need to be fixed in this house.
