GoogleI was a tenant under Stirling property shop for 2 and a half years. During this time I was provided with a flawless service. Any issues with the accommodation were resolved extremely quickly and with the upmost professionalism. I had a very pleasant experience when it came to communicating with the property shop regarding moving in and out as well as with our deposit. I would highly recommend Stirling property shop to any future tenants.

GoogleRenting a property in Stirling can be very challenging and time consuming. It seems the demand is way higher than availability. I spoke with some people who invested several weeks, even months to get to find a place to live. Luckly, I was served by Claire and Stirling Property Shop staff. The only agent who was quickly responsive, who showed real interest in helping us find a flat to rent. We exchanged a couple e-mail's, a phone call, met to visit the place Claire suggested, and two days later the contract was signed. On a scale of 0 to 10 I would give them 11.

GoogleFirst time using Stirling Property Shop and the experience was great . Clare was extremely helpful and always keep ourselves updated and provided advice throughout the process. Very friendly staff and Clare was overall excellent. Recommend :)

GoogleDo not recommend, had severe mould problem that they refused to fix. When coming into their office to discuss, manager very inappropriately spoke to me and flatmate as we are young females, demanding respect and they we ‘look him in the eye’. I recommend anywhere but here.

GoogleI rented my first flat with SPS and never had any issues. The application process was quick and easy, and they were always timely in responding to any questions or concerns. I’d definitely recommend them, and I’d be happy to rent from them again in the future.

GoogleHonestly the best letting agent I've met so far in my four years living in Stirling as a student. I have met every member of the Stirling Property Shop Team. And I can say, Kevin, Declan, Andrea, and Claire, all of them have been wonderful and accommodating. We've had our differences in the past, but we managed to work through them, which makes me appreciate them all the more. Based on my meetings with them so far, I can genuinely tell that they're hardworking and always try to do right by their clients, be they renters or landlords. The team are very reasonable people and easy to talk to, especially if you drop by their office. If you treat them with respect, I can assure you that you'll receive the same in kind.

During this time we had absolutely no issues with the firm , they always managed problems and issues promptly and professionally. It was a pleasure to have dealt with this firm Especially with Kevin valentine who made our move in and move out smooth and hassle free.

This led to the MD Kevin Valentine writing bizarre late-night emails suggesting my neighbours and my pets didn't like me. So that is all you need to know about this operation. If you need to know more, just Google and read the numerous articles about the place.
