GoogleReally helpful from check in to check out, of all the rental agencies I've had dealings with SPS are the best I've dealt with, particularly with maintenance issues regarding property, a contractor out nearly always within a day or two of reporting any repairs regarding Plumbing etc, can't fault Kevin and his staff, really helpful and you can tell this is a family run business as they go that bit extra to help you feel at ease.

GoogleFirst time using Stirling Property Shop. Everything was done quickly and professionally. All the employees gave helpful advice when it was needed and they couldn’t have made it a better first experience for my partner and I. Claire especially was very informative and kind and always made sure she had an answer to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend using them in the future.

GoogleWe have been renting with Kevin and the team from the day Kevin opened up shop and have no complaints. Any issues we’ve had with our property, they have always ensured it has been corrected quickly. And again when we wanted to upsize, the team did a great shop at making the transition super quick and easy in finding us the perfect property.

I signed up with this agency last year while in the middle of renovations preparing my property for let which was a long term job. During the 9 months of renovation they were always ready to help with any questions that I had and guided me in the letting process. Finally I finished and gave them an estimated move in date. I jest not they had my property let within 5 working days, which by any standards is amazing. The attention to detail and customer service is second to none and I highly recomend them, Thanks Guys and Gals

GoogleWe moved for the first time, having never rented before, and our agent was Carole. I can honestly say I was so nervous about moving and I'm aware it can be a stressful experience, but Carole was always just an email or a phonecall away, really going the extra mile to make us comfortable and answer all our questions (we had a lot!). We even needed to change our tenancy start date at short notice and she got back to us almost immediately having sorted everything. They act as an intermediary between you and the landlord so you never have to worry about any questions you have. Special thanks to Carole though because without her we would never have got this beautiful property we hope to stay in for years to come.
