I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency. The team has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Since first contact it's been nothing less than outstanding service. We initially were viewing a different property from Slater Hogg & Howison but thanks to Samera we ended up seeing a different property that we loved. Where do I begin? From the first enquiry phone call which was answered by Nicola, an asset with the cheery friendly manner she oozes! I knew I wanted to use this firm! Gareth was very helpful, understanding and professional in the way he navigated me through the whole process. He was so hands on but so very easy to talk to .He did a wonderful job all round. Janice, was above and beyond, again the friendliness and professional mix was just right, Janice helped and advised me on other areas , something she didn’t need to do! Margaret and Catherine were brilliant too, very helpful and always friendly yet professional. The way Slater Hogg and Howison conducted the sale of our property from start to finish was first class, nothing a problem and we sold well over asking price in 4 days , without this tremendous team effort this would not have happened. I have been letting property in Stirling for many years now and have always found Slater Hogg to be extremely professional and helpful. Special thanks to Meaghan Scott, who helped enormously this year dealing with a leak with the property and the subsequent insurance claim - Meaghan completely took control and sorted everything out for me, which was such a weight off my shoulders and I really appreciated her handling quite the stressful task! Just accepted an offer on our property, we have been really impressed with the service provided by the Slater Hogg team in Stirling. Gareth was very personable and knowledgeable, took lots of interest in our home and gave us lots of supporting evidence for his valuation compared to the other agents who valued our home. After instructing everything moved very quickly with no chasing required, home report and photos were arranged and completed speedily, and the advert prepared and live the next day. Coming soon/for sale signs were put up very quickly as well. Sally then managed the sale of our house with Nicola and Margaret helping to arrange our viewings. We sold within a week at a price we were very happy with. We were kept informed and up to date the whole way through- thank you so much to all the team. Deborah Cook is honestly an asset to the Slater Hogg team. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are having to move out of our property and Deborah is going over and above for us. She is updating us on properties, she is contacting our landlord for us for information, and she’s checking up on us to see how we are (which is not part of her job!). Very poor to deal with when looking for a property to rent. It can take weeks to get in to view a property due to the complete disorganisation of the lettings team (it does not take 4 weeks to arrange access to a property - get a grip!) Victoria is especially unprofessional and incompetent. She was not even capable of passing on the correct details to landlords - any information she failed to make a note of or forgot to ask about she would simply make up.

The real test is when you need assistance with something beyond the basics: Gavin Chalmers in Stirling Branch has been consistently on-the-ball and genuinely supportive of complex repair issues, ably backed up by a calm and thorough Ceri Motherwell at Property Management Centre.
