GoogleDealt with Arlene who was first class in arranging a promp viewing. Met at the agreed time to view the flat and was shown round in a friendly and relaxed manner. Arlene then managed to contact the owner and have the flat offered in very quick time and all communications has went smoothly. Highly recommended.

The agency is responsive to maintenance issues; the very few maintenance issues that have arisen have been quickly addressed. I would highly recommend!

GoogleThe new letting team at Stirling branch have been fantastic in helping us get repairs done to our property. The previous team literally did absolutely nothing for us, had not even acknowledged the repairs when they were reported so the landlord was none the wiser! Particular thanks to Helene who took ownership of our issues and resolved to the best of her abilities, keep up the good work :-)
