GoogleOne of the most responsive and helpful agencies Iβve used so far. It was me and my flatmates first time looking for a flat for University and they couldnβt have made it easier. Kara was very helpful and guided us well through the whole process. Thanks a lot π β¦

GoogleIn our quest for renting we have found Martin and co. Stirling branch the best of who we have used so far, a special mention has to go to Jacob who showed us round the property providing a friendly and efficient service with great knowledge of the property and Kinesha on the phone again with a friendly attitude and providing excellent information. A big thank you to those guys.

House looked like itβs abandoned during move in day. Place was a mess and was not even cleaned. Moulds in the bathroom. Windows dirty. After signing the contract, keys were just left in a key safe. Washing machine cannot be installed due to plumbing issues. Workers were in during the day of move in and left the house in a hurry.They were very eager to get the deposit but after they got the money, they were not helpful at all.

GoogleAn absolute treat to work with Arlene and Martin and Co. Arlene was extremely helpful with us organising our tenancy and providing swift responses when we needed it. Arlene always answered phone calls and emails when we needed it and always served with a smile. Was an absolute pleasure to rent with martin and co. Would 100% recommend!

Martin & Co - Reading have been a pleasure to deal with. Ben Dreyer and his team have helped to make the whole process of selling my deceased father-in-lawβs home, so simple and straightforward. The communication with Ben, Alex & Eleanor has been friendly and informative, they attended to everything quickly and promptly and always kept me in the loop of where we were in the process. I have not sold a house following a death before or acted as an executor so finding a good estate agency such as this has been a huge benefit to me and our family.

Very disrespectful estate agents, terrible service, think they are above others. Ella from Martin & Co at the Hobbs Moat branch is incredibly rude and even threatens clients, we were collecting our keys and she was openly threatening and disrespecting us. They only care about commission and are incredibly entitled. Do not follow basic etiquette and constantly lie without hesitation. I do not recommend anyone use this estate agents.

Absolute poor service. I honestly think these guys are scammers. They donβt reply to emails fast enough, the agent (Chloe) is never in office and very rude. Lost two properties because they are slow with communication and no remorse at all. They wanted to keep my holding deposit even though they cancelled the contract from their end. Do not use this company.

GoogleArlene has been most helpful throughout my almost two year tenancy through Martin & Co, quick to respond to and queries and very reasonable. When completing my tenancy have also been reasonable and quick with deposit return which has previously not been the case with other agencies. Would definitely recommend Martin and Co if you are looking for friendly, professional and quick service.

Myself and my partner viewed a property of theirs. We were told we were the first to view, after confirming our interest and willingness to move forward they said they would pass our details along to the landlord. after WEEKS of trying to contact them we have recieved NOTHING except opened messages and hung up phone calls. Not only unprofessional but rude. Will not approach this company EVER again

I have never left a review before but I am hoping the seller of the property New Railway Cottages reads this and changes agents. I have tried to see this property a few times now, the first time was in July, I sent a request for a viewing and I didn't get a response for weeks. Finally got a viewing booked in August (so this took a month) and then they couldn't do the viewing on the day?! I decided not to go and see it as I was so annoyed of being messed around.

GoogleI appreciate Martin and Co for a professional work. I am Ukrainian refugee mum with kids and it was extremely difficult to prove other agencies my payability. But Martin and Co staff was so kind to help with finding a property, review and all process of move. Highly recomend the company and special thanks to Karen and manager Pauline for their support.

GoogleIt was the best estate agent experience I had with the Stirling branch! From booking the viewing to the final process all the steps were straight forward, really efficient, and a lot of respect for the client. The team were amazing, especially Karen helping me and making contact throughout. I will definitely recommend Martin &Co and use it again in the future.

GoogleI'm renting a property thru this Agency right now, and have to admit that customer service here is on another level. My case wasn't so simple, but Karen and Danielle were very helpful. Contact with them is as simple as you can imagine and both of them are very friendly which makes things even better. Definitely recommend :)
