It’s been three years since Aberdein Considine supported me and my family… For any of you going through what I once was, April and her team here will support you. Very scary experience for me and my son being a dad and his boy. Trust the process, stand by what your believe in… be you! Aberdein Considine was and have been amazing went over an above what was expected, I worked with a lady called April and she supported our family from the very beginning. There is more to the court process for any newbies like me it’s a scary and horrendous experience but April and her team looked after us every step of the way…. I couldn’t be more thankful enough than what I am today… I owe my family to April and her team she gave us a new beginning… I could not recommend Aberdein Considine enough.. they’re all very supportive and will be with you every single step of the way… Personally I never write reviews… but for the support that April and her team gave me and my family I wanted to share our experience to help and encourage others just like me in their shoes…

Aberdein Considine have been really great to work with. All communication was quick and everything done as they said it would be. We worked with a few members of the team (Alison Neilson and Susan Farmer who were both extremely efficient) and all were great, having the estate agents through to conveyancing really helped making it seemless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend thank you!

GoogleI originally looked up this group of solicitors for conveyancing of a house in Stirlingshire. The reviews were good and received a quote that was about the going rate. Paul was very helpful, efficient and there was good and clear communication. The purchase went through quickly and efficiently. Would certainly use them again and worked recommend them.

Selling our flat has been a smooth experience with Aberdein Considine. We used them to purchase it in 2019 and because of the positive experience then, chose to use them to market our flat. We had an offer accepted on the property within a couple of weeks of going onto the market. Jordan, Becky and the team were great in keeping in contact with us. Would highly recommend!

The week towards the actual closing date was handled deftly by the team. Morven was attentive and supportive. The selling of the property went less well in that there would be weeks gone by when we didn't hear from anyone. I guess no news is no news but it didn't feel that there was effort being put in, even though I am sure there was.
