Genuinely trustworthy and absolutely professional service from start to finish. A one stop shop for anyone buying and selling. We are repeat customers to Perth for their truly personal service with expertise and experience- I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We had a great experience with Aberdein Considine. Right from the very start, each person we dealt with were supportive, helpful and extremely professional. In particular, Sarah and Alana made the whole experience as stress free as possible with their wealth of knowledge and kind personalities. We felt at ease and were able to ask them all questions that we had and they guided us through a very complicated and stressful process.

Having used the services of Aberdein Considine previously, we were confident that they would be the best estate agent and solicitor to guide us through the recent sale of our home and purchase of our next home. Stirling branch manager, Stephen Simpson was excellent from the off and had our home on the market extremely quickly and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The team were great throughout and kept us fully updated on all viewings, feedback from viewings and offers made. The online sale tracker was also a brilliant feature. Our property was sold after just 6 days on the market and Stephen and his team made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Would absolutely recommend Aberdein Considine to anyone looking to make the sale of their home as stress free as possible!

Jade was our acting solicitor, who always made herself available to answer any questions we had (of which we had many as first time buyers). We are thankful to have had someone acting on our behalf/in our interests to such a high degree of care and professionalism, particularly given our utter lack of knowledge in the process of purchasing a home! We also used their mortgage brokering service, with Michael able to get us a better rate than what we could source on our own. All in all, a positive experience all round.

After a stressful experience dealing with another estate agent, we got in touch with A&Co and dealt with Stephen who from the beginning was very informative and always on hand for any questions. Within a matter of days we had a number of viewings and even an offer which ended up being accepted and resulted in a sale. We used Rory Taylor Aberdein Considine to arrange our mortgage, the estate agents to market our property and as our solicitors for our sale and purchase of our new property. We had a few issues caused by our buyer and the whole team could not have been more helpful or reassuring. Jade Kinninmont was our solicitor and we also dealt with Zoe Watson on a couple of occassions, they are both knowledgeable and approachable, they reply promptly and really helped us through the whole process. We instructed AC to handle the sale and purchase of our new build property. We were impressed with our solicitor, Valtemes Santos. He was on the whole very responsive and went through any detailed questions my wife and I had in a very thorough manner. He displayed high levels of professionalism in what were at times tricky aspects of the transaction. We owe him a big thank you for his hard work, dedication and consummate professionalism. We would definitely recommend Valtemes for anyone who’s moving property and looking to instruct a solicitor. Great job! :)

We used the Westhill branch of AC&Co to market and sell our Steading and to purchase our new house in Westhill. Our Steading was under offer within a week and the new house the same a week later. Gillian and the wider team including Samantha, Paul and Robert on the legal side did an exceptional job for us and we were moved into our new house in 9 weeks. We sold a flat in Edinburgh prior to selling the Steading and it was an altogether different experience with a different Agent. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Westhill Branch of AC&Co.

From the outset Stephen provided us with piece of mind on the sale of my late father's property. He showed great empathy with our recent and still raw loss and has been patient, kind and attentive in supporting us through the sale process. Nothing is too much trouble. The rest of the team are also friendly, professional and always keep you up to date. We have also used Aberdein Consideine's legal services and found them to be of the same high standard. Alison demonstrated great empathy with our situation and patiently explained the process to us. Stephen and his team have taken away the stress and worry and their support has been a comfort to us during what has been a difficult time.
