GoogleAbsolutely terrible business. We had to do our own viewings on several occasions. And ones we had someone interested. their communication with the buyer and ourselves was terrible, making us almost loose our buyer. So we contacted the buyer ourselves and demanded king and chasemore to stay out of it. King and chasemore made both parties believe that they were the issue in the communications, but after dealing with the sales ourselves, we found out king and chasemore was the issue. They still demanded almost full price for their "services". And when we protested the amount, there were no records of all the complaints we made, so we had no case. Avoid steyning king and chasemore, you will end up regretting it if you don't.

GoogleWe might be in a Covid lockdown but I was so lucky with the service I received. Bruno Sandilands and Tim Benge at King and Chasemore Steyning sold our house efficiently. I had a great experience with Beth Hinton in their Mortgage Services and the conveyancers, Hannah Drake and Leanne Williams, at Countrywide Conveyancing completed the package. Having everything under one umbrella made everything so smooth and helped keep communication lines open so that the whole process was delivered within minimal stress to me. Thank you all so much! You are an amazing team and I would highly recommend you to anyone.

GoogleWe registered with King and Chasemore Steyning as we were looking for a property in Steyning. Our house sale fell through and then took a long time to sell. Colin from the branch kept in touch right through this period, checking on how things were going, one of the few that did. We have now bought and unfortunately for them it was through another agent, but I have to say this branch was excellent in their communications.

GoogleDuring a long and somewhat difficult conveyancing process Bruno and staff were always as helpful as they could possibly be. They worked extremely hard to get the sale through and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Cowboy outfit. Found a property we liked, and was bidding against another buyer. They asked for best and final offers, which was fine. We were told we won the bidding process, but because it was so close, they re-opened the bidding, we then increased our offer again and one the second round. All fine, but annoyed with the re-opening of the bidding, within a day we gave all the info/id for background checks, instructed a solicitor and surveyor and applied for a mortgage. Then a week later the called to say that they were now offering the house to the other party (They were agents acting for their corporate team, so effectively agents and vendor) Something very doggy went on in this process. They have zero integrity and simply cannot be trusted

They were always open and honest with us and were helpful and quick with enquiries. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - in fact they are now helping my Mother to find a house in Steyning too!

Absolutely unprofessional services (from a homeowner point of view). Lack of responding to messages (some of which were urgent in my opinion), vague communication with answering questions, and money being taken before things are even completed. This company was great 25 yrs ago but things have definitely changed. Such a shame that they are able to get away with such criminal behavior.

GoogleUnder a new manager now from what I hear. Was an absolute nightmare when we dealt with them. They refused to submit our offer on a house because we didn't take out a mortgage through their adviser. With a village, people.talk.to each other. Owner of the property would have accepted as it was more than anything advised to him by KAC.

Asked them to visit, value and discuss a sale. They failed to provide what was requested and generally came across as slippery. After telling them I wasn't interested and requesting removal from their database they have continued calling me for years.
