Duncan, the Manager at Putterills, Stevenage is very caring and efficient and Nigel, the Sales Negotiator is amazing and always very calm in what can be a very stressful time. Liz and Nina are so helpful. We sold our house last year and bought a Putterills New Home which is lovely and the New Homes Team are great too. Putterills are simply the best.

GooglePretty awful experience with the High street branch. The manager can only be described as utterly socially inept. The rest of the staff don't bite quite as hard. In my experience they do not act in their vendors best interests or in the interests of their purchasers...sadly they seem to act solely in their own best interests...something I hoped was banished from the profession years ago. Obviously this branch hasn't moved with the times.

GoogleExceptional experience. We sold our second property in a row through Putterills on Stevenage High Street. As before, the professionalism demonstrated throughout was first class. From start to finish, they guided us through the process taking on the work away from us where possible. All the staff were polite and helpful, with Duncan and Nigel particularly impressive in their knowledge and pro-active approach. To top it off, we sold at the recommended value. would 100% recommend.

What a fantastic all round estate agent from start to finish. The valuation was simply straight forward and an honest appraisal of our property. Viewing were confirmed by text and carried out on time with genuine feed back. Once the property was sold the progress reports were consistent each week. The staff were always friendly and went the extra mile for us.
