I uonestly don't know if the sale would have gone through or if the whole chain would have collapsed without Nigels assistance. Would reccomend to anyone buying or selling a home.

GoogleAmazing, thorough, classy and very diligent Estate Agency in Stevenage that I would highly recommend. Nigel especially delivered great service and his approach has proven to be best in class while dealing with chain/buyer/solicitor every step of the way during our buyer delays with solicitor which made a process a tad less painful. Duncan and Natalija have been amazing. I'm sure they're busy in their daily job but the speed at which they'd respond to our queries was phenomenal. GoogleI have just sold my house and bought another. Nothing with either house seemed to go according to plan and it all took much longer than anticipated. Throughout, Putterills were supportive and very helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of Nigel Eveleigh. He guided me through a legal minefield, explaining what would be expected and what I should do. Held my hand every step of the way. Putterills have been helpful from the beginning, even the brochure seemed glossier and thicker than others I saw. I guess it's an estate agents job to be charming and helpful, but they live up to the job description in spadesful.

I never ever experianced as high standard as they provide an excellent service. We purchasing a house via them, and all the staff humble and kind from the very beginning. So when we planned on selling our UK property from abroad, we had no expectation of anything other than delays and strife. Imagine, then, how relieved and pleased I am at the completion of our sale to think back on the superb service Nigel Everleigh and the entire staff at Putterills Stevenage made on our behalf. From listing to completion, the Putterills team was upfront, helpful, consistent and knowledgeable. They were with us for the entire sale and their knowledge and helpfulness alleviated any anxiety we might have feared. I cannot fault the service of Putterills during the sale of my late mother's property, The service was second to none. From beginning to end they acted with the greatest professionalism. Nigel Eveleigh was particularly helpful in resolving some particularly difficult issues. He kept me very well informed of events as they unfolded and was so friendly and considerate at a particularly difficult time. It made the whole process much easier than I could possibly have hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Putterills to anybody.
