GoogleUse this agent at your peril! They will undervalue your house then snap it up themselves for much less than it's worth! Make sure you get at least 3 different agents to value your house.

Dear Helen In response to your review, I am not only surprised but extremely upset with the manor this has come to light. Own Homes has been built on honesty and has a good solid reputation. I can assure you this is not the case, neither do we under value or buy properties through our own company. If any member of the team did decide to buy a property being advertised with Own Homes we would always make sure the correct disclaimers are in place. I have tried to reach out to you in order to resolve this but do not have any record of dealings with you which makes this slanderous review seem somewhat ambiguous. Please contact us and I will endeavour to resolve this in the correct manor. Kindest regards Michael Notschild Director

GoogleHaving used Own Homes when selling our previous property and purchasing a new home, I can highly recommend them. They go over and above for you and help make the process a less stressful one. All staff are friendly and knowledgable, giving peace of mind throughout the process. Should we move again I will definitely use Own Homes services.

GoogleBy far the best agents we have ever used! Despite a torturous experience with new build developers, the team at Own Homes kept us informed and were completely on top of the situation, constantly chasing and managing the expectations of our purchasers. Couldn’t ask for more. Friendly, highly experienced and know the local property market inside out. Highly recommend.

GoogleRented with these guys as the letting agents back in 2014 bar the charges and fees which all lettings agents wrongly charge (albeit these guys are not the worst culprits) i was really happy with the service. They were swift to resolve any problems that occurred and never caused a fuss.
