Natasha could not of done any more to help with the sale of our house. She was on call when ever I needed her and she Would call me with any updates. She kept my head level when things would not always seem straight forward (1st time sellers) And I have to say our sale would not of happened so quickly or smoothly without her. Even getting all the solicitors to get on with things she was there pushing all the parts into place. Own homes really do have a superstar with Natasha she really does go above and beyond

Selling a house made easy! After using another well known online agent and failing to sell after months we got in touch with Michael at Own homes via a referral. He sold our house within a week and negotiated the price up on our behalf. The wonder didn’t stop there, the formidable character known as Natasha took over and managed the rest of the process between our buyers, solicitors and anyone else. If you are selling, buying or letting in Stevenage these are the people to go to. Honest local knowledge is absolutely key.

We recently purchased a house via Own Homes, specifically Natasha - the service she offered was 1st class and would regularly chase solicitors on our behalf and update us on the status of the house purchase. If i ever sell in the future, i will be using Own Homes without hesitation.

Steve, Mike, Natasha and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful and professional throughout our move. Always responsive to all our calls, and carried out all the viewings. A special thanks goes to Steve whose years of experience and wealth of contacts made a stressful time much less so. You can't get service like this with an on-line outfit - you might think you are saving money, but the personal service goes a long way.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I cannot recommend Own Homes highly enough. I rented a property through them for 8 years and I always found the whole team to be professional, friendly and quick to arrange any repairs that were needed over the years. Their professionalism is second to none, but what really makes their service stand out amongst other agents, is how friendly and caring the team are - as a tenant, I was exceptionally well looked after during my time under their management. Steve, Michelle and Keith are absolute superstars, as are the rest of the Own Homes Team!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have bought and sold many homes over the last 40 years and have experiences ranging from dreadful to just about adequate from the Estate agent used in each transaction. However Own homes trumps them all…brilliant communication…nothing was too much trouble…the best Estate Agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with
