Mike Lewis deserves all 5 stars for working hard and getting a few problems solved over the last two days. I think the company should review how they look after their customers and give more credit to people like Mike, who provided effective solutions and made it happen. Hill should give him a promotion.

Hill seem to have no regard for people living around their construction sites in Fulbourn, Cambs. No street cleaning around sites and the dust put up by traffic, it was mud everywhere when it was raining, is a health hazard to people walking or cycling especially children going to school. Clean your mess up and become a responsible developer.

We have been in our property since May 2021. Yesterday our living room radiator came off the wall at one end - it turns out it was fitted with only 1 screw in the bracket! Hills response - it’s not in warranty any longer so are not responsible for repairing it. Despite the fact it was not fitted correctly in the first place! Also road on development still not finished properly!

Barry (from East London) attended to fix a small issue which he did really quickly and efficiently, but more importantly he then displayed a really proactive approach and fixed another issue that a different operative was due to do on another day, thus saving me the hassle of waiting in another time, and no doubt saving Hill resources. He was just a sound chap.

The review is specially for Ben Aken who came through on an emergency call to assist with a front door lock. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I wish that all my other interactions with Hill could be as smooth. Unfortunately this is not the case. We have been waiting for a month to get our snag list resolved. I wish more people at Hill were like Ben

We would like to express our sincere thanks to "Faik" who has been doing an excellent job for my new home. He arrived our house with a beautiful smile. He handled each of our items with great care and professional manner. He actively did some repaint of walls when he see some defects. He followed through each of the items we reported carefully. We are 200% satisfied with his performance. We have no hesitation to recommend Hill to my friends and any potential buyer as they have an excellent pre-sale and post-sales service. Terrible service and even worse building construction!I have been unable to use my shower in the past four years due to a plumbing issue! As of now, I still have no idea when this will be rectified! Over ten properties in the building have the same issue! Also many other issue happened, on a brand new property!

Michael Perry came by to do some repairs. He arrived on time, was very friendly and assisting. He accommodated even the minor details until we were happy. He even made sure to clean up finger marks and residues afterwards. Received good service overall.
