Dear Alina Filimon, Whilst we appreciate you are frustrated with the service you have received, our compliance team have followed the relevant process in this matter. Despite advising you numerous times on the correct procedures you wanted us to release a tenant’s deposit to you (new landlord) without the correct paperwork. We pride ourselves in ensuring deposits are protected and released in line with legislation. The legal guideline for deposit releases is 10 days and can confirm the deposit has been released well within this timeframe.
