GoogleI'd never heard of Sylvester properties untill I family member mentioned them. Absolutely fantastic to work with and had so many viewings it was crazy. House sold under a month. Everyone I spoke to in the office was lovely and everything was done in good time. Highly recommend

GoogleI’m so sorry this is late, Becky! The experience I had with Sylvester Properties was beyond exceptional. From getting me a buyer on the first viewing at a great offer price, coming over on Becky’s day off when I only had 24 hours to get it on the market, to keeping in touch and dealing with my neuroses when my solicitor was being…. challenging… The star aspect came just before completion when I was taken into hospital leaving my pensioner mum as the only person available to come down from Scotland to pack up the house for me. The whole team at Sylvester rallied round and went from helping arrange a mover to even offering to bring mum down refreshments and constant check-ins with her to make sure she was ok. I’ve never known such a caring, personal and all round wonderful bunch in any field of business, let alone just the property market (where far too often you’re just a fee to the agent). I don’t think I’d ever be able to express just how much I’m thankful to the team. I’d have paid double their already super reasonable fee if I knew I’d get service like it again (I highly doubt I’ll ever see a repeat now that I’m way out of the area!) GoogleWe put an application to buy a property earlier this year, however unfortunately had some issues with our mortgage which led to a delay in buying the house - Sylvester were very understanding of this and we have just completed this week :) They were absolutely fab with keeping us updated and answering any questions we had, quick to respond, and were really professional throughout and assisted us with chasing up the solicitors, probably the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. GoogleAbsolutely fabulous company! After being recommended by a friend, we transferred to these from another estate agent whilst trying to sell my Nanas house. The other estate agents struggled to sell the property but these had no issues! They were fantastic from start to finish! Really friendly, knowledgeable and professional and always kept us in the loop on everything going on! We secured a sale that’s all completed and the process was really easy! Cannot thank enough! ☺️

GoogleWe used Sylvester Properties in Stanley. Becky came out and valued the house, she had done her research so it didn’t take long for her to give us the information needed. She was realistic with the price we would need to put our house up for it to sell, which it did. They are great with communication and nothing is a bother to them. Also a massive bonus, you won’t find a cheaper agent. Even online agents can cost more than these guys. Super service. Thanks again guys.

GoogleSylvesters were fantastic with my recent sale, what we thought was a quick sale dragged on for 6 months however Rebecca and her team always kept me updated. Very professional and always went the extra mile also the best priced agents in the area. Highly recommend and should I need another estate agent in the future I’d not hesitate to use Sylvesters again.
