Couldn’t recommend Sylvester Properties highly enough. We used them for the sale and purchase of our new home. From the moment Becky came out to value our house to us finally completing on our property several months later the whole team have been nothing short of brilliant. Always super responsive to emails and happy to take our telephone calls. The solicitors made the experience so difficult and when we couldn’t get answers from them, someone was always there from Sylvester to help us out. They were honest, thorough and clear in all of their communication. Somewhere in the process I think my husband and I spoke to everyone in the team! So thank you all! The little hamper we received on completion was such a lovely touch too!

No issues to report and nice Welcome Pack when I bought my first home with them. Only suggestion I would have is for the people who do the viewings - learn the property and show people around rather than leave them to it; one of the other local agents has a guy who seems to know pretty much everything about the properties he is showing which is really helpful.

Sylvester (all of them!) were excellent in the way they handled our sale and purchase. Help was only a phone call away, efficient, fast and better value than any of the others. Recommended

Just rented a house through Sylvester properties and their service is exceptional, friendly and communicative. The whole process was smooth and when there was a delay on our part, Heather was quick to give advice and help out. Move in day was stress free and we even got a welcome package. Met the homeowner, who was also accommodating and friendly. Thank you Sylvester Properties.

Anna is an absolute star, we started our process in February and didn’t complete until the end of August, she was amazing throughout providing reassurance. Especially on completion day as that was just a nightmare day as a whole. Thank you so much to Anna and the team I would recommend you to anyone

Not only did I recently buy a property 'buy to let' through Sylvester Properties but have decided to leave it with Sylvester Properties to advertise, find and vet tenants, along with ongoing management. I can highly recommend the team for all that's involved in the above..... I'm incredibly happy with their quick and professional approach and feel very secure that my new investment is in good hands! Thank you Sylvester Properties :-)

Staff were extremely professional friendly helpful and as we’ve never sold a house before they walked us through the process step by step until the whole process was complete ensuring we understood and were comfortable with everything throughout. I never expected the process to be complete in such a swift manner which was only possible by the experience and expertise of Sylvester staff thank you very much Margaret Hughes

We purchased a house via the Stanley branch and the team there were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Questions and emails were answered promptly and always in a friendly fashion. We were very touched by the welcome gift we received when we collected the keys on the day of completion. All in all, a great local company to do business with!
