My mum lives in Anchor Housing Complex. Keep chasing for her outdoor light to be replaced as she's recently had a fall resulting in a fracture. I also hear that when a tenant passes away/moves out, the family are asked to remove all fittings and decoration, ie ripping up carpets (even if new or good condition) and stripping of wallpaper? Surely this cannot be acceptable? Purely wasteful. Is this an Anchor initiative?

Moved in on 1st April. Really pleased with everything. compared to my last address this is fantastic. Very clean, quiet, manager on duty so someone you can actually speak to which is great . Nice communial room where can meet and talk to other residents and best of all fantastic gardens which can sit out on nice summer days. No complaints very happy here.
