Nothing but positive things to say about this company and with working in the industry, I know it can be few and far between sometimes! Luke came to the property to value it, was very chatty, made us feel comfortable whilst being very professional and has us a full presentation with comparable over the same day. Charlotte in the office has been in contact a few times to see how we were getting on and if we needed anything else, not pushy and very friendly. They gave me full confidence they could do what they say they will in regards to selling your property. Would highly recommend!

Obviously Alan Batt helped sell the property but the surprise was the service provided by Ashleigh @ ASAP that was a real differentiator. When I initially saw them assigned I have to admit I was sceptical and didn’t understand what they would do With hindsight they orchestrated the sale ensuring each party was doing everything they could do ensure a smooth clean sale. The reason I am giving this 5 star review is because of the service they use - Complete ASAP and in particular, Ashleigh. She was the most helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed throughout. Answered all enquiries promptly and was just made the whole process better. I also had an app that was updated reguarly keeping me in the loop. I knew much more about my purchase than my sale which was with a different estate agents.

From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service we received. Our house was a one-off and the staff marketed it superbly. They quickly and efficiently secured viewings. Their office is well staffed and even on those occasions when we had to leave telephone messages, we were contacted within the hour. Similarly, email queries were all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Having secured us a buyer, the staff were very proactive in minimising delays in completion, liaising between ourselves, our solicitors, the purchasers and their solicitors. I used Alan Batt estate agents to sell my house in 2013. The expertise of Alan and his staff had it sold in a matter of weeks. ( there was no interest in the house with the previous agent) So when i decided to move house again this year i decided to try them again. ....What can i say! My house was sold within 3 weeks!!
