GoogleExcellent handling of a very difficult sale by the whole team, esp. Simon, Andrea and Nicole. I had to deal with this from 350 miles away and could not have chosen a better firm to act on my behalf through the whole process. Kept me up to date every step of the way to a successful conclusion. GoogleA fantastic independent estate agent. If the Goodwins' ethos was used across all agents in the country then buying and selling would be a lot less stressful! I've used Goodwins several times over the last couple of year for buying, selling and managed letting and they are absolutely faultless. If you want an agent who picks up the phone, who keeps you updated and is actively involved in making your sale/purchase happen then you need to speak to the team at Goodwins. We have tried other agents and we've found them to be utterly useless. I think I've been in contact with just about everyone on the Goodwin's team over the years and they are all lovely, professional and helpful. GoogleI am a not impressed with the behaviour of Andrea, she was very rude, to the other client... while to poor girl was only being polite. I was shocked to find that important private, data of this client was actually left on the desk over night and not locked away. The girl, mearly, expressed her concern, Andrea told her to go and complain then, and rolled her eyes , as well as pulled her face. I thought she was very rude to her. Shame on you good wins! To have staff that treat customers like this.
