GoogleLast year we sold my mother's house through Goodwins. Darren, Tom and Jane were all excellent. We were always kept well informed of all events and benefited from their expert knowledge and guidance. We would definitely come back to them as our first point of call with any future sale. GoogleChris and the whole tean have been brilliant for us from day one. We moved in last year but from the first enquiry right through the whole process of getting into the flat and having any issues death with as we have lived here, the support has been brilliant. Any issues are resolved very quickly and everyone is always so kind and friendly. Highly highly recommended company.

GoogleWhen buying a house through these guys they were amazing and worth 5 stars... However we had to rent for 6 months during our renovation work taking place on our new purchase... That became a nightmare, the previous tenant leaving a large amount of debts unpaid which resulted in a large volume of letters and a handful of visitors day and night... Best not to get me talking about the neighbours! They certainly enjoyed 2 or 3 parties a night till 3 /4am... The lady who vacated the property apparently informed Godwin of the neighbours, I felt this info should have been passed on.

GoogleRecently sold a property with this estate agent and Lara, who was my point of contact, was excellent. She provided regular updates, and was helpful, professional and understanding in what can sometimes be a stressful process. Lara helped to keep the sale on track and most importantly for the sale to be completed on schedule. I highly recommend Goodwin’s and Lara in particular.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and we would definitely still be waiting for exchange/completion dates if it wasn't for them. GoogleEstate Agents do not come any better than Goodwin. My experience of a Purchase then a Sale has made them the No.1. agent to deal with in Stamford and surrounding areas. Jane Stocks fulfilled every single one of the promises she made when she came to value the property from start to finish, I was amazed at her level of service and handling of the transaction. Having dealt with other agents I have never been able to recommend one of them until now - thanks for restoring my faith! All the best to the team and many thanks.

GoogleAll staff at Goodwin are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have worked extensively with their property management team, headed up by Chris, with whom I have had most interaction. They have always been quick to help and kept a good eye on properties they manage on my behalf and refreshingly they always try and go that extra mile.

GoogleWhen starting the process of selling my house I had multiple estate agents who came for a valuation. It became very clear that Goodwin's were leagues ahead of the rest. Simon had the knowledge, experience and foresight to understand the real value of my property and achieve the best result possible for me. All of the staff at Goodwin's were knowledgeable, proactive and personable. Qualities that are apparently rather scarce in local estate agents.

GoogleGoodwin were efficient and pleasant to deal with. They are friendly and very good at communicating. One star deducted as the inventory process was a little unclear. It’s done via an online portal which isn’t that easy to navigate and I personally would have preferred a hard copy.

GoogleWe simply required an up to date valuation of our house and explained we were not looking to sell in the near future but they still couldn't have been more helpful - Nicole the sales manager was more than happy to sit with us and show us detailed research to support their figures and was always quick to come back to us. When we do sell we will be back.
