We used Home Estate Agents more than any other estate agent when looking for our new home last year. Communication was always spot on, and it was an easy process to book viewings compared to other agents that we used. Always friendly when we phoned to enquire about properties and the same again when we viewed properties with them. Although the agent we eventually bought with wasn't Home Estate Agents, we would definitely not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to friends and family.

I'm currently in the process of selling my home through you guys and from the start it's been faultless. I had the photos taken at the same time as the valuation and I think within two days it was online and within around a week I had a full morning of viewings with some offers, one I ended up accepting. We used Home Estate Agents to sell our house a few years ago and the whole process couldn't have been simpler. From the first visit to look at our house, and the advice given around pricing and marketing the property, along with the high quality floor plans and pictures, Home gave us much more confidence than any of the other Estate Agents. We sold our house for more than any of the other agents had even suggested putting it up for, and the support of the team at Home was great. If you are looking for an Estate Agent that doesn't just feel like they are after your money, and are there to support you, not just a sale, then Home are perfect.

We have both bought and sold with Home a few times over the last few years and were impressed when we first met John back in 2016 how different the set up was to other estate agents we had dealt with. Home seemed to make it more personal and explained everything very well. I like the chance to now give feedback on viewings online rather than getting a phone call which isn’t always convenient. Excellent service start to finish! We got a valuation that we were very happy with and the house was on the market very quickly. The photography was amazing and showed the house off perfectly, the floor plans accurate and measurements all accurate. The estate agent was very nice and professional and gave us lots of information. The house sold very quickly. If we had any concerns there was someone to communicate with, all of the staff are friendly and helpful and Emily who was assigned as our customer service rep was brilliant. Selling and moving a home can be very stressful and Emily was so supportive and it really made a difference. Taking into account that our house sale came just before Covid 19 even when the staff were working from home and dealing with the hardest work situation, we always got a response either on the phone, email or on the Home Estate Agent Facebook page via message. Emily and John the estate agent even helped us with finding our dream house, sadly that fell through and Emily helped us to find a rental property, they went over and above what we expected. Right to exchange and completion, Emily was messaging to let us know what was happening. Home Estate Agents has to be the best agent in Tameside! They also have a wide range of properties available on their website, we want to move out of Stalybridge and have been looking at properties in Hyde, Gee Cross and as far as Stockport and John has sent us an email when properties have come onto the market in some of these areas. Awful customer service, had a viewing booked in for a property under themselves which was over a 30 minute drive and they rang us 15 minutes beforehand to tell us it was cancelled. They even sent an email conformation to me in the morning with regards to the viewing so this should have been dealt with sooner.

My parents recommended Home, as they had great service, so we went with them too. I can't recommend them enough. John came to the house and took great photo's and was really friendly, the house had been on the market for 24 hours and we had offers, I put this down to the brilliant photo's!
