Highly recommend Home Estates to anyone buying or selling their home. Home Estates and their staff are all superb and friendly. They kept me up to date with the progression of my house sale step by step, their marketing is top notch and their fees are very competitive. Home were recommended to me and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone. I also used their in house solicitors which also made the progression to completing the sale of my house much easier and smoother. Keep up the good work!!

Even during a pandemic they were never difficult to get hold of and all of the girls that work there are lovely and cannot do enough to help especially Emily and Wendy. Don't waste your time

Our home was up for sale with Home for 10 months and we received 2 viewings. No contact in between, no discussions or advice on what we should try. It's very clear they over value to win your business then forget all about you. We have been with our new agents for 24 hours and already have 2 viewings with amazing communication and lovely staff! The highest valuation is not always the best option, just look at their sold percentage, not how many they have on the market! EDITED FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM HOME.... 2 viewings in 10 months, you never spoke to us regarding reducing the price as we could, and obviously we now have, we could never get feedback from anyone in the office they didn't even know who we were when we called. Also for the most recent viewing (the day we left you, so yes a total of 3 but again after 10 months) it took you almost 2 weeks to set it up and the couple that came said they had been told from you that we were taking if off the market as we couldn't sell it! most unprofessional!

Excellent in selling late mums house. No hard sell when getting the valuation, just an honest approach which convinced me to appoint Home EA. Staff always accessible for updates / queries by phone or email. Accompanied viewings and some arranged later in the day to suit viewer, they always updated me, I felt reassured knowing their own staff accompanied the viewings and would leave everywhere secure. I was a tenant with them for 1,5 years and the service from beginning to the end was very good. Whenever we had an issue due to fair wear and tear, Lorraine was always very responsive to communicate with the Landlord and coming back with updates. I would rent another flat with them definitely. The only bit we had a misunderstanding was in the 'end of contract' , with a misunderstanding of the 2 months notice (notice that we gave), however they reconsidered and proceeded as the contract mentioned.

Having acquired numerous properties within Oldham, this is the first time dealing Home Estate Agents (Homeea). What I can say is my latest acquisition was one of my best experiences. As a party to either buying and/or selling a property it is always stressful however on this occasion I was extremely relieved not to have had to go through this. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy, was kept informed of the progress, where things were up to and/ or if anything was required. So made this an exceptional experience for me.. was the customer facing ethos shown by Wendy, kept me posted/ updated with information/ due dates, what was required, what the holdups( of which there were non) etc. I would like to say a massive thank you to Wendy and would also add that she is a massive credit to Home Estate Agents, also thanks to John Grantham for a super viewing.
