GoogleCouldn’t ask for a better agent, Dan and Lee went above and beyond throughout the process!!! Always on the end of the phone, happy to answer question without hesitation or do whatever was needed to ensure things ran smoothly. They have made selling my house easy…. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

GoogleWorst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to use. They have no idea what they're selling, or the details of a property on viewing, we knew more about a property just by looking online than they did when showing us around. We even managed to put in an offer on a house they were selling, because we liked the house (not them), that was accepted as long as the vendor could find a property, but shortly afterwards they pulled out as they 'felt pressurised' even though we hadn't chased at all. The following week the same property showed up online as 'Sold STC' and when we rang supposedly they didn't like the fact that we were in a chain, and they didn't like the estate agent we were using, so they sold - for a lesser price than we offered - to someone else. None of which was explained to us by Trett Phillips, even though they knew all this. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them, extremely unprofessional company that I would avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

Hi there, thank you for your review and I am sorry that you have not been satisfied with the outcome of the services we offer. Unfortunately we can't control who our vendors decide to sell to and they felt that the 2nd offer was a safer bet because they were chain free and not selling a property. I hope you can appreciate that when there are multiple offers on one property, it isn't always the highest offer the vendors will accept, as they will also take into account the chain information, buying position, timescales etc, and this is what has happened on this occasion. GoogleI approached Trett and Phillips to sell my late fathers house in Stalham in January 2017. Opening 7 days a week and practising the latest online sales techniques they sold the property within 7 days. I had to travel home to Australia before the transactions were complete but they kept in constant contact and helped me navigate Solicitors paperwork as well as kept me up to date with all updates. I would happily recommend them to any potential Clients. There's really is a 5 star service.
