I have nothing but praise for Trett Philips, particularly Jordan Livermore who handled the sale of my property. Throughout the entire process he has been very positive, pleasant and keen to get people through my door to view. We had a buyer within 3 days of going on the market, but when that fell through, he kept a steady stream of people, who were all in a good position to proceed with the purchase, in to view and always followed the viewings up. Given the nature of my property, a 500 year old thatched and listed house, I was amazed at how much interest he generated. I would also mention the rest of the team at Trett Philips who were equally helpful and supportive. I have considerable experience of moving house, having bought and sold 10 times in the past, and worked with many estate agents. I found the service of Trett Philips second to none. Very friendly and professional service. Brochures were beautifully produced, with plenty of detail and the properties looked exactly as they were portrayed when we went to see them (no angles making places look much bigger etc.) As we were taken round properties we were given time to look carefully and questions were answered when needed. Trett Phillips were actually not our agents but wish they had of been. Ours were William H Brown of Wymondham who failed to communicate with anyone for over three months and had no idea what was going on in a long chain of 7. Fortunately Abbey of Trett Phillips was representing a few down the chain and she was a star! She got a grip of the whole chain and communicated with all so we knew what was happening. Had it not been for her the chain could have collapsed or the sale taken much longer. Highly recommended!
