HI Alison, I am sorry to read your review. Unfortunately for a while now, we haven't been producing hard copies of brochures as over time we have found them to become redundant and with the use of online brochures and marketing we made the decision to cut back on the cost of printing. During this time we have not seen an impact on customer satisfaction and allows us to allocate spend in other areas of marketing that are out there. GoogleOn meeting Daniel for the valuation, I found him respectful, honest, reasonable and enthusiastic, he listened to our needs and importantly he was realistic, not over estimating the value of the property.
Once we placed the property with him his team kicked into action, photos, brochure all done in 2 days then a viewing on day 3, followed by many many more viewers. By the end of day 10, 4 offers and a sale confirmed. The team were so efficient and enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very polite, what more would you need from an estate agent and it hasn't stopped there, they are now in the process of chasing solicitors, surveyors etc. We are very very happy with Trett Phillips.
